CartHaus customer care
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern the CartHaus U.S. online store operated by CartHaus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our business correspondence address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: company@carthausstore.com.
Using the store
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or act with the permission of someone who is. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, infringe others' rights or upload malicious content.
Products and fit
Product pages identify the included items, color, measurements and offer price. Images illustrate the product and its use; lighting and screens can affect appearance. Please review the measurements before purchase and ask us if a specification is unclear. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description.
Support accessories are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We do not guarantee pain relief, recovery time, prevention of injury or suitability for a particular medical condition. Seek qualified advice for an injury or persistent pain. Follow product instructions and stop using a brace if it causes numbness, tingling, increased pain or restricted circulation.
Pricing, currency and promotions
U.S. prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. Single and pair offers clearly identify the number of braces included. Discounts apply only under the displayed offer conditions and may not combine with other discounts unless expressly stated.
Any promotion-specific eligibility requirements, end date and included quantities are disclosed with the offer. An offer without a stated end date has no fixed promotional deadline.
Orders, payment and cancellations
Order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance and fulfillment are subject to payment confirmation, stock and the ability to supply the ordered goods. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material pricing or product-information error, we will explain the issue and offer a correction for your agreement or cancel and promptly refund the affected amount. We will not make a material substitution or charge a different price without your agreement.
Payments are handled through the payment methods actually available in Shopify checkout. Availability may vary by location, device or provider. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords by email. A one-time product purchase does not create a subscription or recurring charge.
Cancellations, refunds and replacements are handled under our Refunds & Replacements Policy. Delivery timing and delay options are described in our Shipping Policy. The version and offer terms disclosed when you order govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Customer content and intellectual property
CartHaus names, logos and original site content belong to CartHaus LLC or their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping; copying or commercially exploiting protected materials requires permission.
If you submit a review or product photograph, it must reflect a genuine experience and you must have permission to share it. By submitting it for publication, you permit CartHaus to display it in connection with the store, subject to applicable privacy rights. Reviews are moderated for relevance, authenticity and lawful content. Positive and negative feedback are subject to the same standards.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information. Shopify hosts the store, and payment and fulfillment providers support orders. Third-party sites may have their own terms, but using a supplier does not remove our responsibilities to you as the seller.
Site availability and liability
We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but temporary interruptions and errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by unlawful misuse of the site or events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude our obligation to supply paid-for goods or provide required remedies, nor liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or willful misconduct.
Nothing here waives statutory warranties, consumer protections, required refund rights or rights available through your payment provider. The product description, shipment commitments and remedies disclosed for your order remain applicable.
Applicable law and questions
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Please contact us first if a problem arises so we can try to resolve it promptly; doing so is not a condition for exercising rights that law gives you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms prospectively and will show the revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order. Material changes will be communicated where required.
