Measure your upper thigh

Stand naturally. Wrap a soft tape around the area where the top strap will sit. Keep the tape level and snug, without pulling it tight.

This adjustable brace is designed for an upper-thigh circumference of 21.3–24.4 in (54–62 cm). The brace is 10.6 in (27 cm) tall.

Center the opening over your kneecap with each hinge aligned beside the joint. Bend your knee several times and readjust if the brace shifts.
